The easiest place to park is in Porto Pi shopping centre. Once parked, make your way upstairs to the outdoor shopping area. Turn left as you come out of the glass doors, walk to the end of the building and turn left again towards McDonalds. Follow the McDonalds building around to the right and you will be on a main road called Avenida Joan Miro. On the opposite side of the road is a Burger King. Cross the road and the main entrance for my office is about three doors away from Burger King. I am based in Certificados Medicos Porto Pi (Medical Centre) which has large blue sign near the doorway. If your appointment is between 13.30 and 16.30, then entry can be found via a side entrance. This can be found by going up the steps which are to the right hand side of Burger King and once at the top turn right and you will immediately see a grey metal gate. This is the entrance for any lunchtime appointments.
During your initial therapy session you will have the opportunity
to talk about your current situation, and the counsellor will ask
some questions to help clarify and evaluate how you are feeling.
