Yes. We provide online counselling via secure video call to clients around the world via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and telephone.
The British Counselling Service is based in Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain.
Each therapy session lasts around 60 minutes. Sessions are usually weekly, though frequency can be adjusted to suit your needs. Family therapy can be more complex, with more people and dynamics involved, so these sessions may benefit from extra time. It’s common for specialised or more involved therapies to run longer than a standard hour.
There is no set number of sessions—some clients benefit from short-term work (6–12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term therapy.

When beneficial, we may also incorporate other techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practical cognitive-behavioural strategies. This blended approach is highly effective: psychodynamic therapy helps uncover deeper emotional patterns, while CBT provides concrete tools for coping and change.
Yes. All therapy is conducted in English by a native English-speaking, UK-trained counsellor.
